Bought a very sturdy and reasonably priced wheelchair, model Vin 11A from their warehouse/shop at the AMK industrial park. Instructions were very clear on how to get there. Plenty of parking. Was served by Fitri a very cheerful, friendly and helpful young engineer. He patiently let us take our time to try out the wheelchair Very pleasant experience. There are also all kinds of walking sticks.

Vincent was super helpful, fast response, efficient! had an emergency request to get a wheelchair after 7pm, found this website, quickly contacted n he was sooo helpful. we even had the chance to visit the warehouse/shop to choose and buy on the spot.. service is still rendered over the phone eventho all staff had went home. good job guys!

My mum's only wheelchair was spoilt on Sunday. Lucky that store was opened on Sunday afternoon. Vincent and his wife were very nice and patient in explaining the various models and pros and cons to me. I purchased the light weight and adjustable feet rest model. My current wheelchair is 13.1kg and this new one is on 10kg which is good since me and my sister need to push her in it. Vincent will ask and listen on who will be using the wheelchair before recommending the most suitable one for your needs. Sincere customer service eith no hard sell. Thanks so much!
