Refund policy

We accept Refunds / Exchange that meet the following conditions:

  • For refunds: Quality issue upon item received within 48 hours
  • For exchanges: Within 48 Hours In Original Condition
  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice or Order Number
  • Items must be returned to us at our office location

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you receive it

Refund Amount

Delivery costs are non-refundable once the item has been shipped out. 

Refund items are to be returned to our office. A transportation fee applies for picking up.

5% of processing fees is compulsory
