The charger comes with a certified safety mark to protect the device from power surges. Designed for daily comfort, it features flip-up armrests for easy access at tables, rear anti-tippers for stability, and a premium cooling, breathable, and easy-to-clean cushion. For added security, it also includes a silky soft safety belt that keeps you safe without discomfort.
The seat itself already has a very thick cushion, but additionally, we provide an add-on removable seat cushion that are easily removed and washable. The combination of the cushion is so thick and comfortable that it feels as if the user is sitting on a five-star hotel bed comforter. 1. Battery, Range, and Charging

What type of battery does it use? It runs on a single removable lithium battery that comes with official UN38.3 Certification, making it fully airline-approved for overseas travel. You can bring up to two battery up the airplane when traveling overseas. ( We will provider step by step user guide on how to onboard the airline when you make the purchase ).

2. How far can it travel on a single charge?

The single battery 4.5 hours full charge 4.5 hours provides plenty of range up to 15 km for daily neighborhood trips and outings. For long travel days or flights, you can easily carry a spare certified battery in your bag to swap out when needed.

3. Can the battery be charged off-board?

Yes, the single battery slides out effortlessly so you can bring it indoors to charge, while leaving the lightweight wheelchair frame folded up in your car boot or house riser. The charger includes a certified Safety Mark for full electrical surge protection.

4. Weight, Portability, and Folding

What is the exact weight of the wheelchair? Because it is built from a high-grade 4mm thick Carbon Fiber frame (the best lightweight material available), it is remarkably light. The frame alone weighs just 12 kg, and it is only 12.9 kg total with its single battery installed. It is light enough that even a child can lift it into a car trunk.

5. How easy is it to fold?

It features a lightning-fast "2-Second Easy Fold" design, dropping flat into a compact shape almost instantly with zero fuss.

6. What are the dimensions?

7. What is the maximum weight capacity?

8. What is the width and height of the seat?

The seat height is 18 inches (46 cm) from the ground. It features a thick, premium cooling and breathable base cushion, plus an add-on seat cushion cover that is completely detachable and machine-washable for easy hygiene management.

9. How do the armrests flip up?

The carbon fiber armrests swing up smoothly completely out of the way. This allows the user to easily make close side-transfers onto dining chairs, beds, or toilets. The footrests can also be lifted.

10. How does it handle slopes and HDB ramps?

It features electronic anti-rollback safety technology. Even if there is no battery power or the user stops completely in the middle of a steep HDB ramp, the wheelchair will lock safely in place and won't roll backward. It also includes rear anti-tipper wheels for absolute peace of mind.

11.Is the joystick controller interchangeable?

Yes, the responsive main controller can be swapped between the right or left armrest depending on preference. You can also get it with the wireless remote controller option, allowing a caregiver to control the steering from a distance.

12. What happens if the battery dies?

You can toggle it immediately between motorized powered mode and a manual freewheel push mode. It comes with dedicated caregiver attendant brakes, rear carrying handles, and high-quality solid wheels that never get punctures.

13. Is this wheelchair LTA compliant?

Yes, it is fully LTA approved for Singapore public paths, footpaths, and public transport (MRTs/Buses). No medical certificate is required to operate it since it is classified strictly as a motorized wheelchair.
